Customer Notice: Booking System Upgrade

Due to a systems upgrade, the online and app booking portals will be down from 5pm Monday 16 September to 12pm Tuesday 17 September.

Due to a systems upgrade, the online and app booking portals will be down from 5pm Monday 16 September to 12pm Tuesday 17 September. Please do not try and access either booking system during this time, as your booking will not be confirmed. 

We have opened the booking restriction for Tuesday 24 September so you will be able to make bookings 24 hours earlier than normal. 

You will be required to reset your password when logging into the new portal. A guide on how to reset your password is being sent out to customers and you can also download instructions here.
