Class Changes - July 2024

A few of our classes will be swapping to different slots in the week from Monday 8 July. 

Nia Dance will now take place at 2.55pm on Mondays. 

Move to the Movies is shimmying to a new slot at 6.20pm on Wednesdays. 

Aerobics will now form part of our weekend programme at 10.15am on Saturdays.
