Temporary Closure – 4–13 November

The Pulse will be closing on Monday 4 November and will re-open on Thursday 14 November. 

During the closure period, we will be making significant improvements to the air quality in our poolside changing rooms and reception area.  We will also use this time to rebrand the centre as part of our exciting merger with Stratford Park Leisure Centre and Lido.

Bookings and enquiries

• During this period, our new website and mobile app will launch, enabling you to secure bookings ready for us to welcome you back on Thursday 14 November. This is part of our recent booking system upgrade, so if you have already reset your password, you will be able to log in as normal.
• A frontline team will be available to answer questions regarding bookings, memberships and swimming lesson enquiries.
• There will be no access to the centre at any time during the closure. 

Payments and memberships

• Prepaid memberships will have additional days added to the membership to account for the disruption to service.
• Direct Debit customers (members and swimming lessons) will see a reduction in December payments to reflect the period of closure.

We apologise for the obvious inconvenience caused while we complete these essential works and very much look forward to welcoming you back to the centre on Thursday 14 November.
